Very nice display of materials at the shop. Staff was very helpful with the initial kickoff meet and provided some great ideas. Neighbours used them and the results were amazing.

Not a customer.Branded white pickup truck likes speeding through a narrow construction zone in Edmonton in slippery winter road conditions. Often out of stock, some issues with quotes and orders and delivery. But they do have a nice showroom.

did not want to put a bad review on this company because I believe everybody has there own issues and the business world can be an interesting advocate for bad decisions. This company has done that. This is a response from josh sigursson. The head manager at the kelowna office.I'm not sure what you mean. We are not paying the 4th invoice per our discussion. I paid the first 3 in full. As is I'm short over $2200 that the school district refused to pay. I'm out of town until tomorrow night, back at the office Monday around 10. Can talk further then, but I was clear about what I was and was not paying.Apparently because they made a ton of mistakes in there signed and agreed contract they are not willing to pay the $7000.00 still owing. And made the last 3 invoices sound like it wasnt something we were owed which makes no sense. I know covid has hit a lot of companies in the past few months. I was more than willing to sign this 7k out the window to continue our relationship and fix what they told everyone in there circle was my companies fault. I I said if they couldn't work out an arrangement to make my offer work for everyone. I would want my money in full. It has been 2 weeks and I havent got a reply from any message I have sent.For this reason I will be taking this company to small claims court as I have filed a law suit against there stupidly. So Sad especially when I was more than willing to take a hit and help there situation so that all parties were happy but clearly that's not the case.

Amazing!! There was no question we wanted them to do our backyard! We felt they were the only ones who 'got' our style. From design, to build to completion, they were amazing to work with and they nailed it! We absolutely love our back yard thanks to LFX! This team knows their stuff!

We did sub-contracting for Landscape Effects for approximately five years, and I will tell you how they work, so you do not fall into the quicksand. Landscape Effects is not awarded the contracts directly from the source (property Owner) in most cases. I’ll give you an example. TD Bank awards a contract to BGIS for all maintenance from mechanical to landscaping throughout Canada. Then they tender the landscape maintenance out. Landscape FX wins the tender. Then they subcontract the work again to a local “mom and pop” landscaping company for very little. The Mom and Pop Companies are required to download apps, purchase third-party documentation programs and follow strict rules. You also have to pay out of pocket for a Criminal Records Check yearly. Landscape FX might make money off the third-party apps that these small companies are required to purchase because it helps Landscape Effects do their reporting job. The money they pay these “mom and pop” landscaping companies is insufficient to pay the cost of work or overhead. Then Mom and Pop companies hope to get “extras” such as mulch or redesign each year to cover expenses; if not, they reach into their own pockets. If contracted for winter work, the monthly fee you receive rarely covers the cost of salt. The only good thing is the staff can be friendly. Also getting staff and family to give you 5 star reviews on here is unprofessional in my opinion.

I'm not complaining about a service, but this should be a reflection of the pride employees should have for who they represent, I live in Heritage Estates and there is someone who lives there that has the company logo truck with a snow removal shovel, the irony is the sidewalk in this property is never cleared when it snows, everyone around does and this forces people who are walking to go around it on the road.

Reed and his team did an amazing job on our backyard . A relief to have such a professional company to work with. You may find someone cheaper but not with the quality and high standards of this company. Thank you for a stress free project.

Have been working with the team this year on maintenance and payment is prompt. Something that cannot be said about a lot of other clients. Would recommend.
